Today I made up a new exercise practice. One where I don’t need a partner for security, or any other matter. Skipping and running around the pool!
Here is how it goes;
* 10 laps around the pool to warm up (and I don’t cheat – I go around the table as well ;))
* 300 skips
* another 15 laps around the pool
* 300 skips
* and so on for 45 minutes…
* then push-ups and sit-ups for another 15 minutes
* stretching and shower, then work
Pretty good, right!?!
